Undergraduate Certificate of Completion

Students who need to show proof that degree requirements are satisfied prior to the awarding of the degree can order a Certificate of Completion.

There is a $6.00 fee for each certificate request. Students receiving simultaneous degrees will need to fill out a request for each college, i.e., 2 colleges would be $12.00. The turnaround time for release of a certificate depends on approval of the student's college and could take up to 6 to 8 weeks to process after the end of the term.

The form can be brought in person to Office of the Registrar, 120 Sproul Hall or mailed to:

Students in the College of Engineering must visit the college before requesting the certificate.
