I am Graduating in the Current or Next Term
THE NAME ON THE DIPLOMA
The name on the diploma will appear as noted on your Cal1Card. This is the name used when you entered the University. If an error appears in your name, or you would like to change your name, please submit a Petition for a Change of Name to Office of the Registrar, 120 Sproul Hall, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 12 Noon and 1p.m. to 4 p.m., before the last day of the semester in which you intend to graduate. This is to ensure that your corrected or new name will appear in time for diploma ordering. If you would like to add a cultural accent to your name, pick up and submit an Academic Record Correction Form to Student Services, 120 Sproul Hall, by the last day of the semester.

DIPLOMA MAILING FOR THOSE GRADUATING THIS TERM OR NEXT TERM
Undergraduate Students
Diplomas for undergraduates will automatically be mailed free of charge approximately 3.5 months after the end of the term to the diploma address supplied by you on Bear Facts. If you no longer have access to Bearfacts, you can fill out the Diploma Request Form. There is no processing fee for this service. If you do not enter a diploma mailing address in Bearfacts or file the Diploma Request Form in time for diploma mailing, we will mail the diploma to your permanent home address.
Graduate Students
Effective Fall 2011, diplomas for graduates will be automatically mailed free of charge approximately 3.5 months after the end of the term to the diploma address supplied by you on Bear Facts. If you no longer have access to Bearfacts, you can fill out the Diploma Request Form. There is no processing fee for this service. If you do not enter a diploma mailing address in Bearfacts or file the Diploma Request Form in time for diploma mailing, we will mail the diploma to your permanent home address.
