Office Closure
The Office of the Registrar will be closed from December 23, 2009 through January 6, 2010. The last day to order a Standard Request is Monday, December 21, 2009. The last day for Special Processing (pick-up only) is Tuesday, December 22, 2009; for all other types of Special Processing requests, the last day is Monday, December 21, 2009.

Standard Transcript Request for Alumni and Summer-Only Students
If you are an alumnus or summer-only student, you can order transcripts through TranscriptsPlus. Standard requests cost $16.75 and will be charged to your credit card. Standard requests will be mailed first class through the US mail and the typical time to receipt is 7-10 days. To look at faster processing options, see:

Next-Day Sent by Express Mail (UPS) - Online order
You can order and request a next-day Express Mail transcript for $21.75, plus the cost of shipping via UPS (rates show below). The cost will be charged to your credit card.

Same-Day Request and Pick-Up
You can request and pick-up a transcript in person at Student Services, 120 Sproul Hall, between 9 am and 4 pm, Monday through Friday. The cost is $20.00 and must be paid by cash or check, made payable to the UC Regents.

Attaching third-party form(s) to your transcript
You can request that a third-party form(s) be attached to and mailed with your transcript request. You can choose to do this on line, in person, or by mail.
Request Methods:
(1) Online - The cost is $21.75, and will be charged to your credit card. After submitting your online request, please fax your authorization form and attachments to 510.642.7485.
(2) In-person - You can come in to Student Services, 120 Sproul Hall, 9 a.m. to 12 noon and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. The cost is $20.00, and must be paid by cash or check, made payable to the UC Regents.
(3) By mail - Print out the transcript request form, and mail it with third-party form(s), and check (payable to UC Regents) for $20.00 to:

You can request that a third-party form(s) be attached to and mailed with your transcript for the special handling rate of $20.00. Either come in to Special Services, 120 Sproul Hall, between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, or print out the transcript request form, and mail it with third-party forms(s) to be attached and a check (payable to UC Regents) to:
