To order transcripts in person please come to Cal Student Central between the hours of 9AM to 1PM, Monday through Thursday.
Note: Spring 2013
Grades submitted electronically are available for viewing under "Current Term Grades on Bear Facts the next day after submission by instructors. Transcripts for continuing students with Sring 2013 grades will be available for release on June 6, 2013. Transcripts for Students New in Spring will be available June 10, 2013. Before ordering a transcript, please review your unofficial transcript for accuracy.
Note: Graduating Seniors
Transcripts with degrees are available approximately 2.5 months after the end of the term. Please check your transcript for posting of the degree before ordering a transcript.
Note: Visiting Students
If you attended during the fall or spring terms, a transcript will be forwarded to your home campus approximately five to six weeks after the term has ended. The work will be included in the home campus record. If a change occurs after the work is transferred, a replacement transcript will be sent to the home campus. We do not issue transcripts for visiting students.
Official Transcripts- No Fee
First Class Mail
Current students may request official transcripts on Bear Facts. They will be sent via 1st class mail within 3- 5 days business days. There is no fee for this service.
Same-Day Pick-UP
You may also pick up official transcript in person at the Office of the Registrar, 120 Sproul Hall, Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 12 Noon and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. There is no fee for service.
Additional Services - $10.00, plus shipping
Additional services are available for a special processing fee of $10 (plus shipping). Please visit 120 Sproul Hall, Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 12 Noon and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. for services such as:

Express Shipping
Express shipping of your transcript is available at the Office of the Registrar, 120 Sproul Hall, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 12 Noon and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. In addition to the cost of shipping (see rates below), there is a $10 special processing fee for this service. The charges can either be billed to your CARS account or you can pay by cash or check made payable to the UC Regents.

Enclosure of 3rd-Party forms
Third-party forms, e.g., AMCAS transcript form, can be enclosed and mailed with your transcript upon request. There is a $10.00 special processing fee for this services. Delayed processing until after degree is posted
Your degree will be posted to your official transcript approximately 3 months after the semester you place yourself on the degree list and complete your degree requirements. You can request your transcript in advance and delay the processing until your degree is posted. There is a $10 special processing fee for this service.
Delayed processing requests can be made in person at 120 Sproul Hall, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 12 Noon and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Alternatively, you can print out the transcript request form and mail it with a check (payable to UC Regents) to:
