Transfer of Credit

If you have completed coursework elsewhere and would like to transfer it to your UCB transcript, you can do that through the Office of Undergraduate Admissions (OUA), 110 Sproul Hall. Check with your college or department before enrolling at another university in order to ensure that courses you take will be applied toward your degree.

Newly Admitted Students

FRESHMEN ADMITS - The deadline to submit final transcripts, only if admitted, to the Office of Undergraduate Admissions, is July 15.

Transfer of Credit from other Colleges & Universities

Current students who would like to transfer courses to their UCB transcript should send or present official transcripts to Office of Admissions, 110 Sproul Hall, Berkeley, CA, 94720.

If you are on the degree list and completing your degree requirements at another university or through University Extension, check with your college evaluation unit. You might be required to send that final transcript to them directly.
