Timeline for Grading

Spring 2013

1st class meeting: Hand out a syllabus that includes all dates of midterm and final exams and the weight of each in calculating the final grade.
March 11-14: eGrades is available for midterm grading (undergraduates who are performing at D, F or NP level)
March 18: Midterm grades are available for viewing by students.
March 25: eGrades is open for faculty.
May 3: Last day for formal instruction
May 11: Last day of instruction.
May 13-17: Final exams.
May 22: eGrades deadline for all grades for spring 2013. If you need an extension to submit grades, call the eGrades hotline at 510-642-0179 or 510-642-5042.

Students will be able to view their grades on Bear Facts "Current Term Grades" the day after you submit.

July 1: eGrades open for 1st-6 week session.
July 3: Last day of instruction for 1st-6 week session.
July 8: Grades due for 1st-6 week session.
August 12: eGrades is open for all other summer sessions.
August 16: Last day of instruction.
August 21: eGrades deadline for all grades for all summer courses. If you need an extension to submit grades, call the eGrades hotline at 510-642-0179 or 510-642-5042.
