Transfer credit evaluations for undergraduates admitted as transfer students for fall will commence mid-August. Evaluations are expected to be completed by the Office of Undergraduate Admissions by early October.

DARS: Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What do the different colors and symbols mean?
A: Once you log into DARSweb, click on the Help tab to see detailed information on how to interpret your report.
Q: When I look at a report, I don't see any courses. What should I do?
A: Try the "Expand All" option at the upper left corner of your report. Alternatively, click on the "+" sign to the left of a requirement that is BLUE in color.
Q: We are planning to make changes to our major/college/school requirements. How should I let DARS staff know about the changes?
A: Please create a ticket using the DARwin Support Center (accessible via a link on the navigation bar in DARSweb). Refer us to a website page or send us a written description of the planned changes. Let us know the effective date of the change/s.
Q: What if the DARS report has errors?
A: To report an error, please create a ticket using the DARwin Support Center (accessible via a link on the navigation bar in DARSweb). Please let us know whether the error seems to be systemic (for every student) or for a particular student.
Q: My department changed some of our course numbers some time ago. Why doesn't DARS show the new numbers?
A: Course number changes or course restrictions (e.g. can not be taken before or after another course) are not automatic. Please create a ticket using the DARwin Support Center (accessible via a link on the navigation bar in DARSweb) and notify us of the change/s.
