What we do:

Services from the Office of the Registrar support every currently registered student at UC Berkeley as well as all faculty and staff members who interact with those students. Specifically, we are responsible for: class enrollment and registration, fee assessment, verifying graduation, preservation of student academic records and protection of their privacy, maintenance of the schedule of classes, reservations for over 200 classrooms on campus, residency determinations, and assistance for special populations such as veterans.

Spring 2009 End of Term Activities

Final Grades: Grades submitted electronically for Spring 2009 are available for viewing under Current Term Grades on Bear Facts the next day after submission by instructors. Transcripts with Spring 2009 grades will be available for release on June 11, 2009. Before ordering a transcript, please review your unofficial transcript for accuracy.

Fall 2009 Tele-BEARS Dates

JULY 14: Tele-BEARS Phase I ends! You may enroll in up to 10.5 units during this phase. For Tele-BEARS instructions, click here.
JULY 16: Phase II of Tele-BEARS begins! NEW: During Phase II, if you're an undergraduate, you will not be able to add an additional course if you are already enrolled and/or waitlisted in 16 or more units. For a more complete explanation, click here.

Settlement checks are now being distributed to students. If you have questions about the settlement process, please visit www.ucfeesclassaction.com. Students who were identified as members of the plaintiff class in the Kashmiri vs. The Regents of the University of California class action lawsuit should have received a notice regarding the fee overcharge judgment.
