Important information about your name in emails sent to recipients of PDF transcripts

 

When you send a PDF transcript to someone they will receive several emails. These emails include your name as it appears in your Parchment learner record. So it is not necessarily the name that appears on your transcript. The Parchment learner record is set up the first time you place a transcript order. To verify or change the name in your Parchment learner record:

  1. When ordering a transcript in Parchment from the order screen, click “Profile” and then “Account Settings” at the top right corner.
  2. Under “Your Information”, enter your name as you would like it to appear to your recipients. Then click “Save Settings”.
